Fulfils the accreditation procedure via web after authentication with CNS or PIN by filling in an online form. If you intend to delegate the provision of mandatory communications to a collaborator, you must complete the accreditation procedure described above by entering the delegation for all collaborators you intend to activate in the dedicated section. All delegated collaborators must, in any case, be holders of a standard CNS or PIN.
Qualified entity
Processes the accreditation procedure via the web after authentication with CNS or PIN by completing an online form. Collaborator of an authorised and/or obliged party
He/she may not carry out the accreditation procedure directly and may only operate in the CoMarche System after the above-mentioned procedure has been carried out.
Special cases
- Legal representative of more than one company - Must carry out the accreditation for each of the companies for which he/she grants accreditation.
- Subject both qualified and obliged to send COs - Must carry out the accreditation procedure for each of the companies for which it is obliged to send COs and must carry out the accreditation procedure for the firm qualified to send CO
Change and/or modification of obliged/qualified persons/collaborators
Send an e-mail to comarche@regione.marche.it indicating the type of variation, all useful elements to vary data and telephone number. N.B. Do not use the PEC for variations and/or changes.
N.B. In the case of cancellation of accreditation of a subject enabled and/or obliged to send COs, the system will also automatically cancel all the subjects that the same subject has delegated to send CO.
