The COMarche portal for the registration of mandatory communications is integrated with the Marche Region's authentication service called COHESION.
To access COMarche the user must therefore have a strong authentication tool (strong credentials) provided by the COHESION authentication service. The types of strong credentials accepted are: PIN Cohesion, CNS, CIE, health insurance card, National service card and SPID.
In order to send mandatory communications, it is necessary to carry out the initial configuration through which the roles (owner, substitute, delegate, appointee) and the organisations for which you are working are defined, and to activate any delegations or intermediaries.
 

Obligated party

Fulfils the accreditation procedure via web after authentication with CNS or PIN by filling in an online form. If you intend to delegate the provision of mandatory communications to a collaborator, you must complete the accreditation procedure described above by entering the delegation for all collaborators you intend to activate in the dedicated section. All delegated collaborators must, in any case, be holders of a standard CNS or PIN.

Qualified entity

Processes the accreditation procedure via the web after authentication with CNS or PIN by completing an online form. If you intend to delegate the provision of mandatory communications to a collaborator, you must complete the accreditation procedure described above by entering the delegation for all collaborators you intend to activate in the dedicated section. All delegated collaborators must, in any case, be holders of a standard CNS or PIN.

Collaborator of an authorised and/or obliged party

He/she may not carry out the accreditation procedure directly and may only operate in the CoMarche System after the above-mentioned procedure has been carried out.

Special cases

• Legal representative of more than one company - Must carry out the accreditation for each of the companies for which he/she grants accreditation. 
• Subject both qualified and obliged to send COs - Must carry out the accreditation procedure for each of the companies for which it is obliged to send COs and must carry out the accreditation procedure for the firm qualified to send CO

Change and/or modification of obliged/qualified persons/collaborators

Send an e-mail to comarche@regione.marche.it indicating the type of variation, all useful elements to vary data and telephone number. N.B. Do not use the PEC for variations and/or changes.

N.B. In the case of cancellation of accreditation of a subject enabled and/or obliged to send COs, the system will also automatically cancel all the subjects that the same subject has delegated to send CO.

The Informative Prospectus is a declaration in which employers indicate their employment situation with respect to their obligations to recruit disabled personnel and/or personnel belonging to other protected categories and the jobs with related duties available, as provided for by Law no. 68 of 12 March 1999. The transmission must take place by 31 January of each year in exclusively telematic mode - according to the provisions contained in the Interministerial Decree of 2 November 2010 - with reference to the employment situation as at 31 December of the previous year. The Statement does not necessarily have to be sent every year but only if, since the last sending, there have been changes in the employment situation such as to modify the legal obligation or to affect the calculation of the reserve quota.
